Cancellation term
Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival, in which case only a processing fee of 10% will be charged. After that, we reserve the right to charge up to 90% of the agreed total price, according to the legal provisions of § 537 BGB.
If the agreed rental period is not adhered to, the rental fee for the agreed period is nevertheless to be paid. The lessee shall inform the lessor immediately of any downtime. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
