The tastefully furnished living space of approx. 130 m² is distributed over two levels. In the entrance area with wardrobe is the staircase to the first floor which leads into a modern and exceptional kitchen with dining area.
A top equipped kitchen offers all desirable features and from there one has access to a beautifully overgrown terrace with dining group as well as to the cosy living area with tasteful furnishings and TV.
Furthermore, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with double beds (1 x 160 x 200 cm and 2 x 180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with double washbasin, bath, shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet.
The highlight of the townhouse is an approx. 300 m² garden with beautiful planting, a shady ramade with large dining table, gas BBQ, a very attractive large lounge seating area and a private swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 metres. Romantic evening garden lighting and an appropriate number of sun loungers are of course also available.

The townhouse is located in the centre of the popular Provencal village of Plan-de-la-Tour in a quiet side street without through traffic. Shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants are within walking distance (approx. 100 - 150 m) and the car can also be left behind for lunch and dinner.
The next larger shopping centre, an Aqualand and a climbing and skate park are about 6 km away and Sainte-Maxime with its beautiful beaches can be reached in 9 km.
