Cancellation term

When making a reservation, guests pay 30% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 70% of the price is paid by guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, we refund a portion of the deposited money. Any changes require written form. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended for unforeseen cancellations. Before checkout, the homeowner personally inspects the house.
