In 1492 Columbus discovered America and the Grubener Hof was first mentioned in a document. In 2008, the restoration of the property began. The beams were removed individually, dismantled the framework. 2010 was the year of rebirth. Existing has been renovated, new additions to old trades. The result is a listed building exactly on the old floor plan and built with natural materials from the area.
