The modernized holiday apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A crib could be set up in the larger room. The smaller one includes a television. The cozy living kitchen with polished floorboards is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette (fridge-freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), a dining area with a corner bench for 6 people. An extendable corner sofa (usable in emergencies for 2 additional people) with a coffee table and a view of the television is also available. It's about a 15-minute walk to the town center. You are surrounded by mountains and a magnificent view of the Schmittenhöhe.
The Mitterberghof in Thumersbach treats you with the best view of Lake Zell and small, delicious dishes. The Enzianhütte is rustic with excellent cabin cuisine and freshly grilled knuckles on the open grill.
Our cozy house is situated halfway between the center of Zell am See and the valley station of the Schmittenhöhe cable car. The bus stop to the town center, lake, and valley station is about 10 meters away.
You can ski almost right up to the house. Hiking trails are about 10 meters away. By bus, you can reach the upper gondolas or the city center in a maximum of 5 minutes.
