Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

The villa has two bedrooms, for a total of 4 persons, and it is possible to accommodate two additional persons on an extra bed in the living room. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and have everything you need to prepare the meals. The bright living room opens onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. There is a dining table and an auxiliary kitchen on the terrace. In addition to the two kitchens inside the house, specialties can also be prepared on the outdoor grill. There is a handful of facilities for children, such as a trampoline, a children's playground and table tennis in the yard. This small, charming village is located at an altitude of 254 meters above sea level and has just under 150 inhabitants. In addition to the village of Puntera, there are 73 other villages and hamlets in the municipality of Barban. The entire area is a favourite destination for lovers of cultural and historical heritage because, in addition to numerous churches and palaces, it is richly preserved with architectural buildings from the Baroque and Gothic periods.
