Within walking distance of the village centre, Le Ferraillon house is ideal for a peaceful and sociable holiday.
The main entrance leads into a large, bright living room with plenty of space, furnished as a comfortable living and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen open to the main room. Numerous French doors and bay windows give access to the garden or the fully fenced pool area.
2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom (bath) and a separate shower and a toilet with hand basin.
The upper floor is designed with several mezzanines: a large room furnished as a TV room, a double room (140x190), a single room (90x190) and a toilet (WC, washbasin).

In case of cancellation by the tenant
a/ for reasons related to the pandemic crisis situation (travel between regions is prohibited): refund of the amounts paid corresponding to the rent within one month of the date of stay (condition*: +80€).
b/ for other reasons:
- If more than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
- If less than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the entire deposit.
The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), pool towel.
