The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The ground floor is U-shaped. It includes a complete kitchen, American fridge, coffee options: Senseo/Filter, a large dining table, 2 sofas, satellite TV, stereo system, and a multilingual library. Unlimited Wifi (Satellite Sky, not very fast) is available.
On the ground floor, there is also a utility room with a toilet and a washing machine. The first floor hosts 3 bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second with a 1.40 m bed, and the third with two 90 cm beds and another bathroom. The fourth bedroom (1.50 m) is located in an annex with its own bathroom.
There are 2 terraces with shaded seating areas and patio furniture for 8 people, and a swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and partial sun protection.

In the garden, there is a boules court and a pizza/bread oven.
A paddling pool for children, a crib, and a high chair are available.
In the Mediterranean garden (approximately 2200 m²), there are holm oaks, olives, cypresses, figs, etc.

Bocce court right on the property, swimming in Lac de Jouarre and in Brian, a small river near Minerve. Hiking everywhere in the immediate vicinity, descriptions can be found in the house.
You should not miss Minerve. In Siran (3 km) there is a café, a shop, and a bakery; larger shopping can be done in Lézignan, Olonzac, La Redorte.
The Hameau de Najac is perched on a hillside above Siran. From the holiday home (1st floor), you have a fantastic view of the Olonzac plain with Lac de Jouarre (swimming, windsurfing, guinguette), the Massif de l'Alaric (hiking trails), and the Pyrenees with the distinctive Canigou.
Siran is located in the heart of the AOC Minervois La Liviniere, a paradise for wine connoisseurs. Worth visiting are the cities of Carcassonne 45 km away and Narbonne 45 km away with its beaches and the Massif de la Clape (wine, hiking).
Flight: With Ryanair via Stansted to Carcassonne or Girona / Montpellier direct, then rent a car.
Train: Narbonne, rent a car
Car: Rhône Valley motorway, take the exit at Orange towards Spain until Narbonne-Sud, then towards Carcassonne, in Villedaigne turn right at the traffic light towards Olonzac; through Olonzac towards Pépieux, through Pépieux, after about 1 km turn right towards Siran.
In Siran, turn right at the church until the roundabout; here go straight ahead and later uphill towards Najac. At the garbage bins on the right side of the road continue straight (sign for Najac).
Follow the road for about 1 km until you see the sign "La Lucque", then turn left before it and immediately left again into the parking lot between 4 young plane trees. You have arrived. Bienvenu!

These payments will be waived if we are able to rent the house to someone else.
