Enjoy the wonderful view over the Lavant valley to the Karawanken and Julian Alps (on a clear day even - from the summit - to the Großglockner) and watch the imposing flights of the golden eagle. You can discover rare alpine plants on a flower hike: June is the most beautiful month when the Gamsheide covers the Koralpe with a pink carpet. The Lavantradweg is 6 km away from the Koralpendorf. Many rustic huts with alpine farming invite you to relax and with a good snack from our own production you can recharge your batteries for your further march
