This luxurious, detached villa is located on the spacious and wooded holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. In the middle of nature, yet only 7 km from the city of Ede and 5 km from the town of Lunteren.

The villa is comfortable and fully furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a combination microwave. Next to that, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Die Villa für 8 Personen ist geräumig, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss. Die riesigen Fenster mit Blick auf den Garten sind wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss erwiesen sich als recht klein und sehr warm. Die Belüftung ist schlecht reguliert, insbesondere im Badezimmer ist eine Klimaanlage erforderlich. Jetzt hatten wir ein sehr warmes Wochenende; Leider haben unsere Gäste trotz des von zu Hause mitgebrachten Ventilators kaum geschlafen.
Das Kücheninventar reicht kaum für einen ganzen Tag mit Essen und Getränken und wir ließen jeden Tag die Spülmaschine laufen (zum Glück hatte ich noch ein paar Würfel von zu Hause mitgebracht). Das Willkommenspaket mit zwei (!) Rollen Toilettenpapier war ein Witz. Ein paar positive Dinge: viel Platz zum Sitzen im Schatten, auch im Garten. Das Schwimmbad ist etwas altmodisch, klein und schön und nah; Die Anzahl der Liegestühle reicht nicht aus, die Liegewiese ist sehr klein. Wenn der Park mit großen und kleinen Gästen voll besetzt ist, wird er zum Ameisenhaufen. Die Lage von De Scheleberg ist ausgezeichnet, Orte wie Lunteren (sonntags ist alles geschlossen) und Barneveld (ausgezeichnetes Italienisch) sind in nur fünfzehn Minuten zu erreichen.
Kurz gesagt, dies ist ein angenehmes, aber teures Reiseziel für ein langes Wochenende. Bei längeren Aufenthalten müssen Sie sich außerhalb des Parks nach Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten umsehen.
