Leider war das Haus komplett mit Hundehaaren bedeckt.
Dank der vielen Hände, die sich an die Arbeit machten, wurde das Haus ziemlich sauber.
Aber es bleibt ein Haus mit einem Nachgeschmack, in dem man manchmal noch einen Hund riecht und ihn dort liegen sieht.
Zum Glück haben wir eine Kehrschaufel und einen Staubsauger.
Das nutzen wir jeden Tag.

Schlecht. Mit zwei einjährigen Kindern in einem Haus direkt neben einem Teich ohne Zaun ist das nicht bequem. Auf die Frage, ob wir in ein anderes Haus umziehen könnten, reagierte Belvilla nicht mehr auf unseren Anruf, obwohl sie uns eigentlich zurückrufen sollten. Europarcs hat uns unprofessionell behandelt und schlecht mit uns gesprochen. Hat bei unserem Problem nicht geholfen. Nicht einfühlsam und nicht lösungsorientiert.
