Our holiday home is at an altitude in a large, romantic garden, and it gives you an unobstructed view of the sea, the mud flats, and the island of Bréhat .
The house has two floors; the rooms are individually furnished. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with veranda, TV, and DVD, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). You will also find the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The property has wifi. In the spring of 2018, we refurnished, insulated, and newly furnished the ground floor of the property.
On the upper floor (stairs) there are another 3 bedrooms with sea view, 2x2 single beds, and 1x double bed (120 cm) as well as a toilet and lavabo.
Menhire and relicts from the Stone Age nearby, as well as the natural miracle of Sillon-de-Talbert.
Buzzing weekly markets with local products, cochon-grillés , broncante in various towns in the area. Different kinds of crêpes.

The property is in an unspoiled, untouched part of the shoreline. The property is fenced (not 100% secure when it comes to keeping dogs from running away), and it is right by the beach and sea. Lots of extensive hikes in untouched nature inspire you .
Nearby you can by free sea fruit right from the producer. The picturesque village of Lanmodez is home to a small shop, and it is around 1.5 km from us.
It takes five minutes by car to get to the village of Pleubian. It has a bank, post office, supermarket etc. Lézardrieux with its yacht port and restaurants can be reached within approx. 10 minutues, Paimpol with its historic harbour, Breton boats is around 15 minutes away from us.
In the spring our garden blossoms in a celebration of colours of camellias, mimosa trees etc. The perfect place to unwind.
