Casa Manuela spans three floors and is situated in an extremely peaceful complex with a total of 3 houses, each boasting a separate entrance and its own garden. Whether it's breakfast in the open air, a siesta at noon, afternoon coffee, or an evening barbecue - you'll definitely have ample space here to freely enjoy the fresh air.
The ground floor welcomes you with a sun-filled living & dining area featuring an open-plan designer kitchen, a toilet, and a small office.
On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom including a whirlpool, a second cozy bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a smaller double bed of 140 cm width, and a bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The second floor houses an open space with a high-quality box spring double sofa bed and direct access to the spacious roof terrace. Revel in the wonderful lake and mountain views from the roomy terrace!
The basement contains a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
A private parking space for your car is available at the house. If you're arriving with more than one car, public parking is not far from the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the underground garage.
This charming house is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the allure of our lake in complete relaxation. Dogs are warmly welcome.

The ferry pier, for trips around the lake, is also within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes away.
This townhouse is situated in a strategically optimal point, allowing you to spend your holiday without a car. Public beaches, both free and paid, are reachable within a 5-minute drive.
