In the Regina apartment, there is a beautiful living room with a cozy double sofa bed and access to the south-facing terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda, two spacious bedrooms with double beds, desks, and wardrobes, a new daylight bathroom with shower (90x100) and toilet, as well as a private infrared sauna. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster.
Other amenities include SAT-TV, air conditioning, central vacuum cleaning system, internet connection, and wooden balcony furniture.
In the basement, there is a communal washing machine available for the four apartments.
