With an area of 65 m², it offers the ideal accommodation for 2-4 people. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a desk and a natural wooden floor. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, washstand, vanity mirror, hairdryer and a shower. In the fully equipped kitchenette you will find an induction cooker, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge and a dishwasher to make your stay even more comfortable.

If canceled up to 365 days before the scheduled arrival date, processing fees of € 80 will be charged.
Cancellations made 94 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. During this period, 50% of the total cost will be billed for the cancellation.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 80% of the total price.
In case of cancellation within less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, non-arrival, or in the event of early departure or delayed arrival, 100% of the agreed total price for the booked arrangement will be charged.
Cancellations made verbally are not valid, and rebooking is not possible.
