Der Notrufalarm an der Rezeption funktionierte nicht, nachdem ich die Haustür nicht öffnen konnte.
Wenn Sie nicht zur Kasse gehen, verpassen Sie die Gelegenheit, mit dem Kunden in Kontakt zu treten.
Vor dem Urlaub empfand ich die Kommunikation als sehr unklar. Anschließend müssen Sie über Roompot weitere Zahlungen leisten. Ich fand auch die Anzahl der E-Mails etwas hoch...z.B. über eine zusätzliche Prüfung der Daten.
