Centrally and in a sought after area of Marielyst is this cottage with approx. 150 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches, center and shopping. The cottage is furnished with bright kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are 2 large bedrooms and a cozy nook / extra sleeping space in the living room. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In the entrance hall there is a fridge / freezer and washing machine. Free, wireless internet, German and Danish channels, Waoo TV box with the option to use most apps, however with its own login as well as a high chair and cot for the little ones are just some of the house facilities. The house is energy friendly as there is an air / air heat pump. Open wooden terrace and small covered tiled terrace for the cozy evenings where the garden grill can be used. Great location near the center and beach with a cozy garden. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
