This apartment is part of the well-known Terrasflat in Egmond aan Zee. The building is located 20 meters from the beach entrance and 250 meters from the center of Egmond aan Zee. From the more than 9 meters wide sun terrace, you have an exclusive 180-degree view over only the dunes and the sea. You will regularly see herds of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes, and of course, you will spot pheasants, rabbits, and sometimes in the morning, the fox. There is not a house or car in sight! This also makes the surroundings child-friendly; on the shell path that runs along the building, children can safely walk to the beach.
The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is located behind the master bedroom and does not have any windows to the outside.

For relaxation, Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dune and heath areas, and a very beautiful beach. A unique area for nature lovers, a paradise for sun worshippers!
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
Take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
