The detached, light-flooded beach house is located in North Holland behind the dunes of Sint Maarten on the kilometer-long, unspoiled dream sand beach - situated between 2 nature reserves, absolutely quiet in the midst of greenery with a direct view of a small secured lake. 400m² completely fenced garden
Here you will find the perfect relaxation. The location is quiet yet central with good shopping facilities in nearby Schagen - 3km - There you will find everything you need - shopping center, Aldi, great big weekly market, beautiful shopping street in the picturesque inner city with many cozy street cafes. The house is located in a clean park-like facility.
The house is surrounded by flower fields. In spring, a great sight.
Getting there
Take the A3 towards Arnhem, then follow the A12 to the Utrecht Ring Road, then take the A2 towards Amsterdam, and continue on the N9 towards Alkmaar Den Helder until you reach Sint Maarten.

Wir sind sehr sehr nett von dem Verwalter empfangen worden und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Haus war von der Küche , Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer neu eingerichtet und sehr modern. Der Wintergarten war super zum sitzenund relaxen. Der hintere Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden und das Haus ist in einem gutem Zustand. Sanitäre Anlagen sind klein, aber gut. Toll war das Vorhandensein der vielen Fahrräder, die alle gut in Schuss waren, dadurch haben wir uns eine teure Fahrradausleihe sparen können. Auch der Wintergarten mit Glasfront ist ein echtes Highlight. Für Haustiere ist das Haus super geeignet wegen der Steinböden und der Tatsache, dass es keine Polstermöbel und Teppiche gibt, die Tierhaare anziehen. Vielen Dank, dass das möglich gemacht wurde! Der große Gemeinschaftspool liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt im Park und hat viele bequeme Sonnenliegen und Schirme. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen, das nächste Mal aber im Spätsommer, wenn die zahlreichen Brombeeren im Garten reif sind :-)
