The newly built Villa Greta is located in Salakovci, a place in Kapelica. Villa Greta is only 5 km from the center of Labin and just 10 km from the breathtaking beaches in Rabac.

Villa Greta is a beautifully furnished villa in Kapelica, a suburb of Labin, nestled among family homes. It's just a few minutes' drive to the city center and only 15 minutes by car to the nearest beach in Rabac or Sveta Marina.
The owner will meet the guests on site and welcome them.

In case of cancellation up to the 60th day before arrival, we refund part of the money paid.
During the reservation, guests pay 40% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 60% of the price is paid by the guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer.
For unforeseen cancellations, travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Before checkout, the homeowner must personally inspect the house. Once they have determined that everything is in order, they will return the €400 deposit to the guests, and then the checkout can be completed.
