Our holiday apartment with balcony offers you a relaxing stay across a spacious 82 m² living area. The apartment accommodates up to 9 people and includes a kitchen (very well-equipped) with a separate living room, as well as 2 comfort rooms with cozy furnishings. Each comfort room is equipped with a TV and an en suite bathroom with toilet. Of course, this apartment comes with free access to Wi-Fi. In the basement, you will also find a sauna and a games room with a dart machine, table football, tennis, and a billiard table. The ambiance is complemented by a large garden with a playground, barbecue area, and a lawn for sunbathing.

Our apartment house is located in the village of Krimml where you can also admire the Krimml Waterfalls, which are not only the largest waterfalls in Austria but also the fifth highest waterfalls in the world.
In our surroundings, you will also find many hiking trails that lead into various valleys.

My main residence is located 10 minutes away in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, which means I do not live in the rental property, but I am always reachable and you will often find me at the apartment house. Should you have any questions, I am always at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
