This split-level corner house is quietly situated just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. With three bedrooms, this house is suitable for up to 6 people. A baby could possibly come as a 7th guest: there is a baby cot in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
Layout: Through the entrance area, where the toilet is located, you enter the open kitchen with dining table. A few steps lead down to the lower living room. The sliding door opens onto the terrace with access to a communal garden.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a baby cot. The third bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a washbasin. The centrally located bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
We also rent out the houses Wijk de Brabandfer 59, 60, 61, and 62. If you want to go on holiday with several families at once, these houses are ideal. These houses come with satellite TV featuring an extensive range of German channels.
The house also has a parking space for your car. Bringing a maximum of one dog is allowed in this house.
This house can be rented per week, midweek, or weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Outside the high season, arrival and departure days can be Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

If the renter cancels a rental agreement for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a portion thereof.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the renter take out cancellation insurance with an (travel) insurance company.
