This corner split-level house is quietly situated just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. With three bedrooms, this house can accommodate up to 6 people. A baby may possibly come as a 7th guest: there is a baby cot in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
Layout: Through the entrance area, where the toilet is located, you enter the open kitchen with dining table. A few steps lead down to the lower living room. The sliding door opens onto the terrace with access to the garden.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a baby cot. The third bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a washbasin. The centrally located bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
The house also has a parking space for the car. In addition, there is a separate bike shed. Bringing a maximum of one dog is allowed in this house.
This house can be rented per week, mid-week, or for the weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Outside the high season, arrival and departure days can be Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

If the tenant cancels a rental contract for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part thereof.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
