The exteriors of this magnificent villa are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept garden, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 5,7x2,8m and a depth range between 1,40 and 1,70m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house, tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Two spacious living rooms with TV and work area will be ideal to extend your evenings. One of them also has a dining area. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a gas hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have double beds (one of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub). The other two have two single beds. On the same floor, you will find two independent bathrooms with shower. Through a staircase, you can access the upper floor, where there is another cosy room with AC and incredible views of the natural park of La Gola. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area of Port de Pollença, one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar atmosphere. If you feel like it, you can take a relaxing stroll along the shore of the beach until you reach the centre of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops, restaurants and all the necessary services for an independent stay. L'Arenalet beach, a beautiful golden sandy beach, is only 150 m from your accommodation. During your stay, you should not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pollença and Alcúdia, the viewpoint of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
