If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This country house is very close to Mahon, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city of the island. We encourage you to visit its historic centre while discovering lots of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to the Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its marvellous views of the port while you have a drink in one of its many bars. If you go to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola.
