Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date are free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price. Up to 7 days before the day of arrival : 70 % of the agreed total price. Cancellations of less than 7 days we have to charge 100 % of the accommodation price. In case of early departure or late arrival or non-appearance of the guest, we reserve the right to charge the entire booked stay.
