Inside the living room is stylish and comfortable and one sofa converts to a bed (nominal extra charge for linen if requested), and French doors open out to the terrace, lawns and swimming pool beyond. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and on one side double doors open onto a large roof terrace which looks over the swimming pool. On the other side French doors open onto a Juliet balcony. The master bedroom has a large full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor.
Casa Beija Flor is always a popular choice; it faces the pool but is set back from it, with the terrace and an expanse of lawn in between making it deal for parents who want to keep an eye on their children in the pool. There are three large swimming pools to choose from but the closest one to this house also has a separate pool for children.

Casa Beija Flor is located within Vila dos Principes, a prestigious gated community within Praia D’El Rey. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range, the Clubhouse and the children’s playground are all moments away. The beach, the Mariott Hotel with restaurants, bars and a kid’s club is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
Check-ins and check-outs are made in person. We will meet at our office in Serra D'El Rei for key collection and we will then take you to the property, which is only 7 minute' drive.
Late arrivals are charged as follows: between 9 pm and 12 am - charge of 25,00 € ; after 12 am - charge of 50,00 €, payable on arrival

1. The reservation will only be considered valid, after reception of the deposit amount, which must be made within 72 hours upon to reservation request; payment should be of 25% (twenty five) of reservation value, made by bank transfer or cheque, being considered only on hold till then; this reservation deposit is non reimbursable, and it will only be returned if the reservation is not accomplished for a reason attributable to the owner or agent;
2. Payment of the remaining 75% of reservation value, should be made until 6 (six) weeks before arrival date;
3. If the respective amounts are not paid till agreed limit dates, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled ;
4. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking request;
5. If you need to change your reservation in any way after deposit payment, and up to 6 weeks before the arrival, we will do our best to meet your request. Changes to initial booking may suffer surcharges and cancellation fees will apply;
6. Rates of cancellation, taking into account final payment and arrival date:
a) up to 5 weeks before loss of 25%
b) up to 4 weeks loss of 50%
c) up to 3 weeks loss of 100%;
We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place before your book your holiday.
