Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

Holiday destination
Cukrići is a small, picturesque village with untouched nature in the municipality of Svetvinčenat, whose center is 10 kilometers away from the village. Cukrići is extremely well connected by traffic since it is located near the main Pazin-Pula road. In addition to good road connections, it is also well connected by railway, and the nearest airport is in Pula, only 25 kilometers away. This small settlement has about 25 households and they are engaged in agriculture, livestock and viticulture mainly for their own needs.
