Villa Rasotica can accommodate up to max. 8 guests in 3 beautiful bedrooms with an indoor area of 160 m2. All 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the third bedroom has two double beds separated by a wall. One of the bedrooms also has a jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the 1st floor of the villa there is a kitchen, dining area, living room, another bathroom and a separate toilet. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. In the dining area there is a large wooden table where eight people can comfortably be seated. The elegant living room stands out with classic pieces of furniture and a fireplace. In the outdoor area of the villa, guests have at their disposal a 50 m² pool surrounded by tall palm trees and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with dining area, a summer kitchen and a barbecue. There are also 2 parking spaces available for guests in front of the villa.
