The detached holiday house 'Podere Divino' is located near the small village of Pieve di Santa Luce, 20 km from the sea and 40 km south from Pisa airport.

Our lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes is usually:
From the receipt of the final booking confirmation up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the travel price,
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the travel price,
- From 34th to 2nd day before departure 80% of the price.
- In case of late cancellation and no-show, the entire travel price will be charged.
