The house houses various technical facilities so that even guests with more severe disabilities can holiday there. The kitchen is fully equipped with an accessible wheelchair to prepare delicious meals. An assistance dog is also welcome!

Near Panningen and the border region, you will find several museums, castles, shopping centres and parks, for example in cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen, Moers, Mönchengladbach and Cologne.

The property has a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 electrically operated high/low beds and a rail system with hoist for comfortable moving to and from the bathroom. The ground-floor bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible washbasin.
