Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is bright, airy, and set on a single level. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with internal heating/cooling air vents.
All the household appliances are electric, so please not use them all together simultaneously otherwise the electricity could fail. Pets are not allowed and there is not a private parking.
The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, fully equipped with: induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and a breakfast table with two seats.
Next to the kitchen there is a bright living area, furnished with a sofa, an extendable dining table for up to 6 people, and a terrace with sea view in the distance.
The sleeping area is located along the corridor, and consists of 2 double bedrooms (including one with a balcony with washer-dryer) and 1 twin bedroom (with two single beds).

Residenza Felix is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, right in the heart of Viareggio, close to several shops, and just 5 minutes' walk from the beach.

person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash),
