The highlight is the shared chlorine pool, which boasts lovely views of the Mallorcan countryside and measures 12.5 x 6 m, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m. Thereâs also a children's pool, ideal for the little ones to splash around and have fun. Youâll find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, and several furnished areas that are perfect for enjoying time with friends and family. Your apartment also features a private terrace, ideal for having breakfast in the sunshine or enjoying a drink at sunset.
Inside, the property showcases charming Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, creating a serene environment for you to unwind. The common areas include a spacious living room with tables and armchairs, perfect for escaping the heat. Your single-level apartment comprises a living-dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction cooktops and all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking. There are two bedrooms, each featuring two single beds, air conditioning, heating, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. If needed, extra children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
