Being able to enjoy the special and beautiful exterior will be a real privilege. Surrounded by pure nature, the property features a spacious furnished terrace to spend great moments with your family or friends outdoors. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco or simply sit and taste a glass of wine revelling in the peace of the mountain and village views. There is a barbecue available but please mind that it is forbidden to light fire from May 1 to October 15 in this forest area.
The natural stone highlights the charm and beauty of this two-storey house. When you enter, you find a cosy living-dining room with kitchen. Here you have two sofas to rest or relax while watching the satellite TV, listening to some music or simply with a good reading. The place is wonderful specially during the winter thanks to the the wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all the needed tools. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the bathroom. You can rest in the three bedrooms located on the inferior floor, all of them with a closet, fan and radiator. Two of them have a double bed and the last one offers twin beds. There are two bathrooms for the whole accommodation, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a tub on the inferior level.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The house is located almost 4 km away from Fornalutx and only 500 metres from the impressive look-out of "Ses Barques" where you will admire the stunning views. Fornalutx is a small charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range where you will be able to know the essence and nature of the island. The village offers basic grocery shops but you can do major shopping in Soller which is about 15 minutes drive away and also really worth a visit.

If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
