Charming country house for 9 people with pool and magnificent views over the olive groves to the sea, just a few minutes drive from the village of Le Rouret.
The property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, reception hall, large open plan dining area with designer kitchen and stone floors, and is fully air-conditioned. All rooms were renovated and refurbished in 2007, including the new kitchen and all bathrooms. You will find high-speed internet and an extra games room with large flat screen TV (42 inch) and Bose sound system.
The villa is privately and securely situated on more than 3000 m2 of private land - with olive groves and landscaped gardens planted with palm trees, oleander and lavender. The beautiful heated pool (11 x 6 m) has a spacious terrace with numerous sun loungers as well as parasols and a table tennis table. Only 10 minutes to the picturesque village of Valbonne as well as Grasse, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Nice airport - the ideal holiday spot for adults and children to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cote d'Azur.

Figue Olive is a beautiful large stone country house set amidst lovely lawn terraces in the idyllic mountain landscape above Chateauneuf, with stunning views over the surrounding Cote d'Azur mountain landscape to the sea bay of Mandelieu La Napoule.
