Wonderful family villa near the centre of Roquefort les Pins. Spacious and well equipped property in a quiet residential area with air conditioning, large garden with lovely infinity pool and several terraces.
Villa Lucia is a beautiful property furnished to a high standard with a total of 4 bedrooms. One of which is an independent studio with sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (ideal for teenagers or domestic staff). The villa offers 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of which share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have Apple TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and all modern amenities. The large, air-conditioned living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area and offers comfortable seating for al fresco dining. The living room is equipped with SONOS and has a large flat-screen TV with international channels.
A separate studio with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette and private entrance is located on the garden level. Thanks to a sofa bed that can be provided for children or teenagers, 2 additional guests can be accommodated.
There is a large free-form infinity pool surrounded by a large terrace with several sun loungers and seating cushions for relaxing by the pool. Attached is a large gas barbecue, guests can use the table tennis table and boules court.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Roquefort les Pins and guests can walk to the village centre (approx. 20 minutes walk). There are electric entrance gates and ample parking on the property. Pets are welcome on request.
