Our holiday apartment is a cozy, fully equipped apartment suitable for 2-4 people.
The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 shower + WC, as well as a kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The apartment also includes a safe and satellite TV, internet connection is possible; large, comfortable lounge, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, table tennis, lawn, parking, garage.
There is also the option for an extensive breakfast. Bicycles are available for free loan.

Getting there
Take the Innsbruck-Brenner motorway to the Chiusa-Klausen / Val Gardena-Gröden exit.
Then drive on the state road for about 20 km until just before St. Ulrich and turn right, through a tunnel, towards Kastelruth.
After about 3 km, turn left towards Bulla / Pufels. Our house is on the right side of the road, directly above the church.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt von der Familie Kostner. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten perfektes Wetter. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir wurden mehrmals gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft schön. Viele Unternehmungen die man machen kann.

Die Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mit Balkon war wirklich klasse. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort unterhalb der Seiser Alm mit einem grandiosen Blick nach St. Ulrich und den gegenüberliegenden Bergen. Die Familie Kostner sind ganz liebe, tolle Menschen, die wir erstmalig kennenlernen durften.
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber.
Man bekommt hervorragende Wandertipps, da beide sich sehr gut auskennen.
Weiterhin ist ein großer Parkplatz sowie eine Tiefgarage vorhanden. Unterhalb der Ferienwohnung gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, dort kann man ebenfalls gut Essen oder verweilen.
Insgesamt waren wir in diesen 14 Tagen äußerst zufrieden und haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.
