The apartment is located in an exclusive residential building (White House / Casa Bianca) in a quiet and prominent position on the hill in front of Stinjan beach. The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished with the most beautiful view from the large living room of the sea with the Brijuni Islands. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, an entrance area with a wardrobe, and a large living space with a comfortable kitchenette. Adjacent to the living space is an extensive balcony, from which one has an unobstructed view of the sea. Between the building and the sea, there is only a nature reserve. The apartment has air conditioning. There is a car parking space in the basement of the house.

Stinjan is a very quiet residential area in the northern part of Pula by the bay to the Brijuni Islands. The beach can be reached on foot directly from the house (300 m) via a footpath. The beach of Stinjan is very well-maintained, with cozy cocktail bars and small snack bars, a skate park, and free Wi-Fi on the beach. Fazana can be reached on foot via the beach promenade.
Arrive by car via the Croatian motorway E751 towards Pula. Take the exit Vodnjan Jug /Dignano Sud (last exit before the end of the motorway towards Pula) and follow the country road 21 towards Pula to Pula-Stinjan. In the town, it's best to use a navigation system or enter "White House Stinjan" into Google and follow Kalceva Ullica to house number 18. In front of the house with the number 18, there is a large square on the west side of which lies the White House / Casa Bianca.
