Two minutes from the beach you will find this beautiful, luxurious design holiday home with a large garden, veranda and trampoline.Villa Hopper (B rear) is part of Villa Mastlo - a large, semi-detached villa with space for up to 20 guests. Both holiday villas (IJsvogel and Hopper) are located on Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp. This road is only a few minutes from the dunes and the North Sea beach is also almost in the garden. Together, the villas are suitable for up to 20 guests, but they can also be used separately. Villa Hopper is located at the back of the villa and has enough space for 10 people.

The holiday villa is close to all the nature reserves and the villa itself also evokes a holiday feeling. The holiday villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and a large dining table for 8 people and a spacious living room with of all conveniences. All the ingredients for a great holiday are therefore fully present! This villa is suitable for ten people and has eight separate beds, one sofa bed in the living room and one camping cot. So there is a nice place to sleep for everyone. Everything has also been thought of in the garden (artificial grass). The spacious garden is located on a quiet road, so you have a lot of privacy. You also have access to a cozy terrace with garden furniture and a large trampoline for the little ones. You will spend your holiday close to the nature reserves of Ouddorp and the villa is a fantastic base for cycling and walking tours and a place to relax on the beach. From the holiday villa you can almost immediately walk onto the footpath towards the dunes and the beach. Here you can relax, fly a kite with your children, take a long walk on the beach or enjoy a meal or drink. Do you like unique natural areas? Then the typical Ouddorp schurvelingen are worth a visit. The center of Ouddorp is also close to the holiday homes. In the beautiful, historic center you can enjoy all the beauty that Ouddorp has to offer, shop in one of the nice boutiques and do your daily shopping.

It is possible to park your car at holiday villas. There are two private parking spaces per villa. If you have booked both houses, you can use a maximum of 4 parking spaces. If you come with more cars, you can park them along the Oud Nieuwlandseweg. The parking lot is equipped with one NewMotion charging station. Here you can charge your electric car for a fee using a charge card. You may have to share the charging station with tenants of the other house. Do not park your car in the access road because of emergency services (you risk a fine).

Villa Mastlo Ouddorp currently has two Jacuzzis, one Jacuzzi per garden (extra charge for use 65 euros per day). If you have booked villa A + B combined, the jacuzzi will be filled in the garden of villa B for an additional fee. The villa is located between other houses, so it is not allowed to play music in the garden or cause other noise nuisance.

Villa Mastlo Ouddorp has one concrete barbecue with metal grid per garden. You can use it for free. You must purchase charcoal yourself. We ask you to be very careful with open fire. After use, you must leave the barbecue clean.
