This beautiful single-storey villa with air conditioning, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms sleeps 10 people and is situated in a quiet location, with no less than 6000m2 of private grounds, near the famous wine chateau La Martinette and close to the centre of cosy Lorgues. The large private pool can be heated and is secured with an electric roller cover. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the southern French sun.
Just 10 minutes away you will find the famous Tuesday market of Lorgues, where you can enjoy the Provence atmosphere. The nearby beaches of Sainte Maxime, just 45 km away, are also easily accessible.
In the wooded grounds, children can enjoy playing on the playground with swing and slide, while you relax in the hammock. The floodlit boules court and table tennis table offer much-needed relaxation and the spacious swimming pool with sun terrace is, of course, also a great favorite
The villa is tastefully furnished; a lounge with fireplace and dining table opens onto the terraces through several French doors. The mezzanine with additional seating area offers the possibility of watching television.
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped to make your meal a Provençal feast. The adjacent utility room offers extra storage space and the washing machine. Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.
