The finca, which is lovingly run by the landlords, is quiet and very beautiful on a hill. 5 homes and a residential building with studios and apartments are harmoniously in the lush vegetation of the vast garden \/ inner area. Enjoy privacy on your own terrace for your home with a good glass of wine produced by the landlords, or relax in one of the two shared outdoor swimming pools. In the south you have a beautiful panoramic view of Santa Margalida and the surrounding area. The beautiful landscape of the municipality of Muro extends in the north. Let your gaze stray to the sea. There are numerous excursions in the area. For example, Alcúdia can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The old town with its pedestrian area is ideal for a relaxing walk.\nLaundry service available upon request, charges may apply. Please consult conditions.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Gärten wunderschön gepflegt, ordentlich und sauber. Der negative Punkt ist die Qualität der Matratzen. Durchgelegene Federkernmatratzen. Aufgrund unseres Alters sind wir vielleicht besonders empfindlich, aber das macht die schlechten Nächte und wunden Stellen nicht besser. Darüber hinaus ist die Küche nicht zum Kochen geeignet. Ideal, um etwas aufzuwärmen oder ein Ei zu braten. Eine elektrische Platte, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem 2 Kochkessel und eine Bratpfanne. Essbesteck, aber kein Brotmesser, Schneidebrett, Kochutensilien etc. Da wir aufgrund einer Corona-Infektion fast eine Woche in Isolation sein mussten, empfanden wir dies dennoch als Manko.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit ansprechender Architektur und reizvoller gärtnerischer Gestaltung. Sehr saubere Pools und freundliche Verwalter. Großzügige Räume. Angenehme Ruhe.
