The property is completely fenced and beside the house is the beautiful pool (11 x 5 meters) with a diving board and sun terrace! The level of equipment is Tuscan rustic and inviting; antique terracotta floors, a cozy fireplace corner, an ambiance to feel good in.
The estate also includes 3 hectares of land; beautiful walking paths right in front of the house and within a few minutes (by car) you can reach small medieval towns with shops and cafes.
Via a small unpaved (easily drivable) country road, you reach the holiday home, surrounded by olive groves and a sunflower field: peace, relaxation, and privacy are guaranteed!

Our corner is still quite "untouristic," making it both authentic and idyllic, with a very good value for money! Relaxation, culture, sea.......everything is possible.
