Life can be unpredictable, and we certainly try our best to find a replacement if something comes up. However, if that's not possible, we regretfully have to charge for the cancelled stay as follows:
Standard cancellation fees:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the planned arrival.
Any deposits made will be fully refunded.
Cancellation fees:
From 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70%
From 6 days before arrival: 90%
100% for no-shows or early departure.
Alternatively, you always have the option to reschedule your booking.
