The "Le Terrazze" apartment was completed in 2022 and has two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, one bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a wide terrace with garden.
The large windows offer a wonderful view of the wooded hills and Lake Garda from the living room. Below the building is the apartment complex's outdoor saltwater swimming pool.

Garda, two kilometres away, features a long natural beach away from traffic. The town centre in the small bay is the Portofino of Lake Garda and is a perfect place to end the day with an aperitif in one of the many bars at sunset.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung zu Gast und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.
Der schöne Pool mit Blick auf den Gardasee rundete das Ganze noch ab.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne einschrenkung und schlechem Gewissen auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das nagelneue Apartment Le Terrazze ist unkompliziert zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an der spektakulären Wohnanlage. Terrassenförmig schmiegt sich die weiße Architektur an den Fels und fügt sich harmonisch in die Landschaft ein. Das modern-edle Interieur des großzügigen Wohn-Essbereichs wurde von den Besitzern mit Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt. Große Fensterflächen machen die Wohnung hell und bieten eine schöne Aussicht auf die Eigene Terrasse mit Rasen und kleinen Sträuchern. Die Küche glänzt mit deutschen Markengeräten, die Designer- Möbel sind sehr bequem. Das große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das kleinere sind absolut ruhig. Die begrünte Terrasse lädt zum Sonnen und Chillen. Ein echtes Highlight ist der große Pool mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf den See.
