People over 1.70 metres tall have to pull their heads in at one point because of a beam, or should simply use the second exit from the kitchen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet der Flussauen. Man kann direkt vor der Haustür loswandern, mit dem Rad fahren oder sich an den Fluss-Strand legen. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Wallbergbahn oder in 20 Minuten im Ort Rottach-Egern mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Warmbad, Seenschiffahrt, Bistros und Sternegastronomie. Das Skigebiet Sutten, bzw. die Rückseite vom Spitzingsee ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ski-Loipe beginnt fast nebenan.
by car via motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit towards Tegernsee, in Gmund drive towards Wiessee, at the T-junction turn towards Kreuth for a short distance.
By train from Munich to Tegernsee and then by bus to Weißach Brücke Kreuth, quarter of an hour's walk.
