Villa Paradise is a newly built modern villa in Medulin.
The large property offers a private pool, a wood-burning grill, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table, a garden, and 2 parking spaces.
The residential unit is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a small kitchen with basic contents. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioners, and a TV.
The 4th bedroom with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. One part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as house owners reside there over the summer. They do not use the private garden with a pool and summer kitchen, as that part is only for guests.
The villa is equipped with 5 air conditioners, a dishwasher, WiFi, and satellite television.
The owners live on the ground floor of the house, guests have a private entrance. Guests share with the owners only the parking lot.
