The stylishly furnished property is situated in a sunny location and is perfect for families who enjoy spending time outdoors (400 m2 garden with a stone barbecue area). The balcony is a tranquil spot for a relaxing coffee break with a view of the lake. The house consists of two separate apartments and is only accessible on foot (50m from the road).
The house does not have a parking space, so cars must be parked on the public parking spaces along the main road (about 300 m from the house, which means you have to walk along the main road). For loading and unloading, you can briefly stop near the house (40m from the house) at the first bend.
Rooms: A studio with a kitchenette and shower on the ground floor; living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, balcony, and partially covered terrace on the first floor. Terraced garden.
Sleeping arrangements: a double bed on the ground floor; two double beds on the first floor.
From 01/09/23 to 30/04/24, a parking space can be rented for €10.00 per day.
Bed linen and towels are NOT provided.

Location: 2 kilometers south of Cannobio, 4 kilometers north of Cannero Riviera, and approximately 100 meters from the lake and a small public pebble beach.
Take State Road 34 of Lake Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera to pick up the keys. From Cannero, head back towards Cannobio for about 4 km, until you reach Carmine. Continue past the "Del Lago" restaurant until you reach the public parking lot on the right side, then take the first left onto Via Alla Traversa (a private road). At the first bend (after three garages), you will find a small staircase on the left side. Walk to the end of the small alley: there you will find the entrance gate to Casa Bijoux. You can park your car on the public parking along the main road.
