Welcome to a place where complete silence and nature will enchant you. Close to the sea, lakes and all the fine sights of Österlen. Here you live in a charming Scanian half-timbered house dating back to the 19th century and can really get down to speed. This is a place for you no matter how you choose to go, with family or friends. The house is tastefully decorated and has room for the family with several children. A large dining table and nice stoves you can light to get that extra cozy feeling. For those who want to enjoy coffee during their stay, there is a coffee grinder and Bodum jug/press jug in the kitchen. TV is available in the form of a cinema screen that you can pull down and a new projector where you can connect and watch streaming services such as Netflix or HBO. In the house there is one bedroom with a double bed an There is also two annex with a double bed each. One annex has also a bathroom with shower and wc. You find a bathroom too in the main house. For those who like barbecue, there is a fireplace with a grill. Here is a place you can really enjoy that should be experienced on the spot. Here you can be only with your company and the fantastic surroundings with untouched nature. Some of Sweden's perhaps finest beaches along Österlen, Sandhammaren, Rörum's beach and Kivik might be able to attract the bather. If you would rather go fishing, you have Lake Vombsjön and many other lakes just a short distance away. Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla are nice places for those who want to shop, eat well or just walk around. If you like food, you should definitely visit Byn Crêperie, which is located in Vollsjö. A little further away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
