This wonderful, open-plan villa has just been fully renovated to the highest standard and was completed in 2022.. It is in the highly desirable Ternelles Valley and has the huge benefit of being in a very peaceful spot, yet just a 10´minute walk (or short bike ride) to Pollensa old town.

There are also three dining areas, an outside-in space with a hand-crafted bespoke dining table, a charming courtyard dining space plus a pool-side table.
The villa has four good-sized double bedrooms – two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are ensuite, with plenty of wardrobe space, and have very comfortable mattresses.
Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy a large terrace with sofas and a breathtaking view of the famous Calvario and the Puig de Maria hills.
