Our beautifully furnished apartment, with high-quality finishes and a panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains and river, is the perfect place for those seeking peace and tranquility. Located 1.8 km away from Oetz, our apartment is far from the noise and bustle of the town.

The free ski bus takes you to the family ski area of Hochoetz, only a 3-minute drive away, or to the top ski resorts of Ötztal (Sölden and Gurgl). Many hiking, mountain, and bike tours can be started directly from our house. The stunning Haibichersee is only 500 meters away, offering beautiful holiday experiences. The two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds and walk-in wardrobes provide access to the terrace and mountain views.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Bisherige positive Bewertungen sind völlig korrekt! Das Folgende ist nützlich zu wissen. * Da keine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, muss die Wäsche per Hand gewaschen werden, es gibt jedoch einen Wäscheständer. Ein Tipp: Machen Sie einen Tagesausflug nach Innsbruck und waschen Sie Ihre Wäsche in einem „Bubblepoint“-Waschsalon. * Die Türen und Fenster sind alle drehbar und kippbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir wurden in dieser schönen und geräumigen Wohnung sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie teilen sich den Eingang mit den Eigentümern und gehen anschließend die Treppe hinauf zu Ihrer eigenen Wohnung im 1. Stock. Wir hatten dort viel Privatsphäre. Es war ordentlich und sauber. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine sehr große Außenterrasse, die rund um die Wohnung verläuft. Die Wohnung liegt neben einem schnell fließenden Fluss. Bei geöffneten Fenstern oder auf der Terrasse kann man den Fluss hören, die Schlafzimmer liegen jedoch auf der anderen Seite.
